ride/run

Went for a ride on the canal bikepath today then it got really nice so decided to bring the dog for a little run also.

I think lack of food or lots of bike riding has made me even slower at running.I only started running a few months ago so my dog and my kids could get some exercise.I want to get faster and be able to run longer I guess more time running will help.

Tring to find some good hills to ride .Wound up with a little over 1000ft of elevation.
