Don't know if it was the wind or wet ground but today's trail ride felt like I was riding against the wind and in mud the whole time.Had one hand on the bar and one off tapped my brakes and up and over I went.While I was in the air I was wondering if I was getting to old for this.Then I landed on my shoulder and thought let me stop my watch didn't want my watch running while I was laying on the ground.Sore knee is all I got.
