70 No breeze is what I call a pretty good day.Would of like to go longer but had to get back. Took ccrailtrail to chatham and did a really cool loop near the chatham lighthouse.Awesome day all around.

Nice ride along bikepath ,picked up the pace on the way back.Was sore from yesterdays run.

Took the mountain bike out today.Only 2 falls but felt like I did a hard 50 miler.

My first half......................Almost

Started running in the winter and half way through my run thought I could get in 13.1 miles.Almost made it started cramping pretty bad around 9-10 so instead of forcing it which I would usually do I called it a day at 11 something.Will give it a go again.I did 3 min run/1 min rest felt good but is killing my pace.

Went for a ride on the canal bikepath today then it got really nice so decided to bring the dog for a little run also.

I think lack of food or lots of bike riding has made me even slower at running.I only started running a few months ago so my dog and my kids could get some exercise.I want to get faster and be able to run longer I guess more time running will help.
