Out for a run in the woods today and heard gunshots then birdshot going through the leaves.Why do I see the hunters but they dont see me.

Flatted

Was planning on long ride and about 1 hr into it I flatted had spare but it had a leak.Limped back but it  was still a decent ride.

Went out for a little run with one of my daughters and dog.Sun was shining couldnt think of anything I would rather be doing.

Today was a good day

Nobska Lighthouse on the way to Woods Hole.One of my favorites roads to ride on just wish it was a little hillier.Its the road the Falmouth road race is run on.

Ended the ride with some hill repeats about 1000 ft in elevation.

Had a nice ride in nickerson state park until sprocket got loose and chain kept falling of.Had a wrench to tighten it up but the backside of the allen bolt kept turning ,needed two allen wrenches.Really wanted to ride alot longer found alot of trails that I never road.

longest run yet

This was my longest run in my 3 months of running.Had my watch set to cycling.Knowing I was going to go a little longer today tried to keep my heartbeat down a touch,felt like I should of pushed it a little more.

First time outside on the bike in a long while.Went to Woods Hole for I little wet and sloppy ride but nice

Went for a couple runs today one with the dog then the kids and dog.Trying to build the dog up so she can run a little longer I guess you just got to build up the miles slowly.The longest she has run is about 2hrs but lateley shes tiring around 1-1:30 hrs .

Last few days have been on the indoor trainer.Went out for a run today didnt bring the microspikes and should of. About 10 degrees out and pulled a calf muscle half way thru.

Just another day with the microspikes and lots of ice and puddles feet got soaked

I need a camera

Saw a really big deer running today.My dog who has a great nose but I think really bad eyes didnt even notice it.Was really tired today I think the melting ice and snow made me work much harder.T he microspikes dig in a little to the bottom of my shoes.Might have to use the big trail shoes that the wife got me when I use the micros.The shoes seem like they have high heels after running in the new balance .
